Chester M. "Bubba" Baker, Jr.
With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Bubba Baker is an expert in brokerage and development. Based in Mobile, Ala., he has been involved in the development process from site selection through retailer openings with Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Chick-Fil-A, and many other companies.
His business activities includes membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers. In the community, Bubba serves on the board of UMS-Wright Preparatory School and was chair of the building & grounds committee at St. Ignatius School. He has been a member of the Commercial Exchange Club and was also selected for the Young Executives Board of Compass Bank.
Prior to serving as president of Baker Properties, Bubba was Director of Commercial Construction for the Atlanta office of Lincoln Property Company, one of the largest development companies in the nation.
